This entire establishment is a scam. 400$ to tell me its going to cost 4,000$ for a procedure and to come back in 2 weeks and spend another 140$ for a follow up. And there is no guarantee the 4000$ procedure will even work. Recommend going anywhere but here and if you go here its mandatory you get a second and third opinion. "all for an ear infection"

Dr. Thomas treated our French Bulldog, Stitch, who developed calcinosis due to long-term prednisone use for his PIMA, along with a bacterial skin infection. He took the time to thoroughly explain all treatment options, which we really appreciated. The plan he recommended successfully cleared the bacterial skin infection, and we felt confident in his care every step of the way. Dr. Thomas was incredibly kind and compassionate with our sweet boy. He personally called with lab results and even followed up weeks later to check on Stitch, which meant so much to us. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and attentive, even greeting us with a personalized sign for Stitch. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his team to anyone in need of a veterinary dermatologist!
