Dr Jones and his team are amazing! They’re so sweet and patient with my dog and make him feel comfortable during our visits. Our visits are quick/efficient and everyone is so friendly :)

Dr. Jones and his staff are fantastic! They treat you and your furry ones like part of their family, always welcoming and friendly. They really care about the well-being of your pets and explain in detail any problems or concerns. They're pretty sharp, too. We're so grateful they discovered our Dobie's heart problem BEFORE they could have fatally put him under anesthesia. It's worth the 1.5 hour drive for us. Thanks Dr. Jones and team!

Recently switched over to Portside Vet and have had an outstanding experience so far. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The veterinarian took extra time to make our dog feel comfortable, even getting down on the floor with her to help ease any nerves and build trust right away. You can truly tell they care about both the pets and their owners. The entire visit was smooth, stress free, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Portside Vet to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality veterinary care.

Dr. Jones and his team are fantastic! They are always there to provide the best care and cuddles to my baby dog (since he was a puppy - now 75 lb Aussie/Husky Mix). Dr. Jones is also always there to answer all my questions no matter how silly or neurotic, sometimes over a beer if I run into him at one of the local breweries. He usually answers all my questions before I even have to ask... making sure I have enough information to feel comfortable and confident but not too much to where I am confused and overwhelmed helping me be the best pet parent I can be. Everyone in the office has such a warm demeanor creating a welcoming and calming environment. Dr. Jones comes from a long line of amazing Vets and his wife is a Vet, too! I trust him completely. He's just the best and he went to Auburn, too! War Eagle!
