We felt that the tech was very pushy (and not personable) regarding treatment recommendations and did not seem to respect our wishes or concerns as pet owners. Throughout the process, we felt pressured into pursuing options we were not comfortable with, and our preferences were not given meaningful consideration. The interactions left us with the impression that financial considerations were prioritized over collaborative, patient-centered care for our pet. Thank you for the reply to the above review. We did call and were told we would have a call from the doctor and never did, hence the review and communication through a review. We also put on our new patient forms what we were wanting and it was not followed. I am the one who brought our dog to see your doctors. Your office cares more about pushing for more services than the decision of “no thank you” which was given multiple times and not respected.

Amazing doctor and staff. Professional, empathetic, caring, and so friendly. My dog Buddy loves to go there. I have known many vets and none as good as Dr Kevin and staff!

I have been a long-time client of Shuler Veterinary Clinics and deeply trust their team with the care of my dogs. Over the last two months, the staff provided invaluable support as we navigated end-of-life care for my 13-year-old German Shepherd. I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate guidance, help, and services they provided during such a difficult time. More recently, I brought in my newly adopted shelter dog for her initial evaluation. She was a bit skittish, but the staff adapted to the situation, ensuring she was treated with a minimal amount of stress. From senior care to new beginnings, they are truly exceptional.

My dog actually LOVES going to see her friends at Safe Harbor. The staff and Dr. Kevin Shuler are exceptional. I never feel rushed and they are diligent in making sure I am kept up to date on Blu’s health status. I’ve been going to them for over 20 years. Highly recommend!
