I absolutely trust Drs. Bret and Erin and the whole team. They ALWAYS take the time to answer my questions. Their staff are excellent and so friendly and patient with my dog and me. They never suggest procedures or products we don't need. They always fit us in when something urgent arises. Truly a gem in Mt. Pleasant

I was referred to use Long Point from a family member who uses them for their dogs. I called 3 separate times on different days trying to get an appointment and every single time they told me they would call me back - they never did. Some real winners at the front desk over there. I sent them my dogs medical records that they had requested and I received an email days later saying "We regret to inform you our clinic declines care at this time. Our clinic focuses on long term care and we feel this would not be a good fit for either party." When I called them and asked them to elaborate, they couldn't - even though I was looking for long term care so their email essentially made no sense.

Really helpful folks that care for your pet and you. Team was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered and made me feel great about the care my pet is getting.
